I'd bet it's your CV joints going out... Have you looked at your CV boots to see if they are busted or not? That would be a good start, look under each front wheel with the wheel turned out and look at the CV boot, make sure it's not torn up.

That's it! I have the same Accord (92) and the CV boots are always going bad--and replace them every year. If I didn't replace them every year I'd have bad CV joints.
Back in the late 1990s when I owned my 1986 Accord (that needed them) it was like $70 per side labor.
