The footings are good. Wall sunk after extended dry spell. The wall has been stabilized by Ram Jack but we still have a vertical crack 7 feet long. What do we use to fill the crack? There are no masons in our county.

Tuck point with a cement product designed for tuck pointing. It does depend on the size of the cracks. If they are not that large, you can use a concrete patch thats comes in a caulking tube.
