I don't know the brand, but at Costco prices, that is throw-away furniture. My Costco furniture is holding up well and it looks good and it's comfortable, but when it gets frayed, I'll just toss it and buy another.
I did buy a nice leather recliner and loved it. I wanted another, but Costco was out, The same chair, same brand, same color was over $1,000 elsewhere. I paid $400 for it at Costco. That is a national brand, not the brand you are asking about.
I'd say go ahead and buy it. Costco usually has the best price and they generally don't sell junk. It's worth a gamble.
