I have a 9' wide space that would perfectly fit a good size shed for storage but i have a window in my house that would be blocked by the shed if i put it there. Seems weird to block a window like that. Any suggestions?

How big of a shed could you build and NOT block the window?
How about two separate sheds either side of the window?
How about a tall section of shed to one side and a low section below the window?

8'x5' shed would fit before the window but thats not really enough storage, and a shed before the window would block the access to the shed behind the window.

Bedroom? Big deal, you're potentially blocking an egress.
Garage? Maybe not such a big deal.
Its a window to our livingroom/ pool table area, our house is fairly open concept so its shared by everything really however the window currently looks out at our neighbors fence. So unless i plant a garden on the side theres not much to see out there as it is...

Depends on how bad you need the storage space and if this is the ONLY spot in your yard for it -- if so, invest in some blinds/curtains. If the room is too dark, get some good lighting or put in a sun-tunnel if there's not a second story above.
I should add that this is really the only unused space i have
the rest of my back yard is swimming pools and palm trees and patio
a) find some other place to put your $hit
a1) dispose of the big or biggest $hit item you have
b) install more than one narrower storage "cabinet" for the rest of your $hit LINK
