Coil Cleaning At Condos? (Home Depot, air conditioning, cleaner, faucet)

You are supposed to clean your central a/c coils at least every year. This is pretty easy to do by optionally buying a couple cans of coil cleaner from Home Depot, spraying the coil cleaner on and then rinsing it off with a garden hose.

However, I wonder how it gets done at condos where you don't have access to a garden hose or faucet to connect to?

Do a/c service companies come out with some kind of portable water supply?
