I live in Tampa Fl. In a two story house and I got a question about my heater. I turn my heater on downstairs and the heatear upstairs is off but for some reason it runs upstairs and runs the whole time the downstairs heater is on even when the downstairs reaches the target temp. it still runs upstairs. Iwas wondering if someone could help me out on this issue.

OK I will bite, what kind of a "heater" are you talking about? Gas, a heat pump, what exactly?

Do you have separate thermostats for upstairs and down?

Did you get a manual with it? Maybe look on their website and see if you can identify the system, see if you can download a manual.

Probably this system is doing exactly what you are *telling* it to do, like most machines.

The thing is that you need to figure out how to tell it to do what you *want* it to do.
