...what would you use it for? It can be materials or labor, both, garden project, inside, outside....

I would have the wood floor in my living room and the wood stairs refinished, lay a new floor in the kitchen, a new kitchen counter, new lights/ceiling fans throughout, pay to have someone paint the walls/ceiling that I can't reach in the stairwell, and if I had enough, get a new concrete walkway and stairs poured (and driveway too, but I think that would put me over budget).

I live in a mobile home. I'd change out my central air system to a heat pump system with electric heat strips for when it gets too cold for the heat pump to work as a heater. I'd change out my electric water heater to a tankless water heater. Change all windows to double insulated windows. Change out the bathtub to a shower with a built in seat and safety handrails. My 83 year old father-in-law lives with us. Most of the above ideas will save on utilities.

I'm mechanically inclined. I think of ways to improve the home in how it functions and saves utilities.

I'd add a garage.

If you have a basement, convert it into a home theater/game room.

I'd refinish the wood floors, myself, so I'd have enough left over for a modest bathroom re-do.

I'd probably spend half on getting it painted by a professional and the other getting some landscaping and gardening done. Might set aside a small amount for better insulation.

We are doing the interior ourselves right now so to have someone sort the outside and get all the really hard work done would suit me!

New solid surface for the kitchen countertops and/or change out the bathroom cabinets because they suck.
