Name one for each. Not talking about things like peace and quiet.

Big Perk: View of the ocean.

Small Perk: Living near a Bakery factory. Smell fresh bread, cookies, and pastries all day.

Big Perk: Mountain and/or water view with plenty of sunshine.

We once lived in a rental surrounded by big trees, great for privacy. It also meant we were shaded all the time and had to have lights on even during the sunniest days.

Small Perk: No backyard neighbor (i.e., having a greenbelt along your back border).

I agree with FreshFresh, except that my small perk has to include not gaining any weight from all of the pastries that I would enjoy.
