The House that I'm buying has a indoor pool...But it needs serious resurrection....I'll post some pictures to see if anyone can help...thank you..
Looks like it has an existing sand filter , and a warming unit..and some sort of pump...If anyone knows pools...

This one wasn't dyed green for St Patty's Day.

Wow. The equipment (pumps, filters) seems to be intact, it's potentially a beautiful pool, and may just need a good cleaning. Are you already committed to buying this house? Have you had a chance to at least start the pump, filter, etc. and see if it works?

I'd see if you can't get a professional pool maintenance person to give an estimate of cleaning it up for you. Matter of fact I would try to get 2 or 3 estimates.

At the same time it may have all sorts of problems.

In my experience, you just about have to run the pump and filter 24-7 to keep the pool in shape.

I would not pay $1 for an outdoor pool, been there, done that, no thanks. But this one I actually like.

What part of the country is this in? With the filter and "stuff" being outdoors, I am guessing somewhere that it stays warm, maybe Florida?

My guess is that keeping this pool up is not going to be real cheap, but at the same time you will receive some value for the $ you put into it.

I've seen worse. Looks like it needs a good cleaning and needs the pump running a bit. I would do as Mitch suggested and get a pro or two in there to look at it.

Yeah, it may not be thaat bad. We once went out of town for maybe 3 days, no pool running, and it sort of looked like that. Easily fixed.

that pool doesn't look bad at all. We bought a house once with a pool and you could not see the bottom at all. Black water, and 2-3 feet of debris/leaves in the bottom. Nasty job to clean.
Not sure how maintaining the water in an indoor setting is, but you won't get debris in it! Might call a pool place for a look see...once you get it up and running, the care isn't too difficult/ Good luck, enjoy!
