It's that time again. Put granular pre-emergent on you lawns to control weeds next Spring and put out your hummingbird feeders.

Hummingbirds are staging for the trans-gulf flights now. I didn't have mine out more than 2 hours on Saturday and we saw 5 feeding.

Just sayin'...

Ronnie

I noticed hummers in my garden this weekend! Time to start hanging out on the patio again.

We have bunches of them here in San Antonio! I love to watch them bicker over the feeder.

I love those hummers...much better sound than those pesky mosquitoes that swarm, bite, and drain the living blood out of you.

They certainly do. (hummingbirds) Kids love em too, why not they're fascinating little creatures.

Phoebe Allens WebCam

Just photos right now, but in around 46 days, Phoebe should be back on the nest and you can watch her and then watch her babies hatch and see her feeding them.
