I drove by today and notice that they are clearing land right next to the Shell gas station. Anyone have any inside scoop?

It was up for lease as a small strip mall, don't know if that's what is actually going in though. It's only 1.74 acres, so it won't be much of anything. If it is a strip mall I bet the first tenant is a nail salon :-)

Apartments bring in bad, poor people who commit crimes and bring down school test scores.

I would like to differ on that. At some point before buying a house we all must have lived in an apartment complex. now would that have made us bad, poor or crime committing individuals. We should not generalize!

I was just kidding, calm down.
I just bought our first home a year ago.
I was just stating how a lot of people (especially around here) feel about apartment dwellers.
