I'm interested in compiling a list of the Christian high schools in the Houston area that specialize in reforming deliquent teenagers.

Any ideas?

Most of the church affiliated High Schools are interested in high tuition. Most are $15,000 and up a year plus uniforms and other expenses. I don't know any that promote working with "Deliquent" teenagers. As with all High Schools, I'm sure there are plenty of deliquent ones in the Christian schools as it is.
Episcopal HS used to be known long ago as the the "problem" kid private school, but it's evolved past that. Alexander Smith Academy still is. ..mega bucks for that one.

I think most private schools, Christian or not, have evolved into money making machines with fast paced education and sheltered learning. There might be some extremely small, church affiliated schools that are off the radar, but none come to mind.

Central Christian Academy in Spring Branch did at one time. We enrolled my son in Kindergarten, just to get him used to a larger environment and planned on easing him into public elementary. He wound up graduating from high school 13 years later there. During the last two or three years there, they started accepting kids with problems, which was concerning for us. However, those kids did a complete turnaround. I am sure they had some they were not able to help, but they did help a lot of them. I can't remember the tuition, but I remember that it seemed a bargain.
