Hello! We are meeting friends at "East End Beach" this weekend. She had told me to google it and call her when I get there, but I am not really coming up with an address, and I won't be able to reach her until Saturday.
Will I be able to find this if I drive to Galveston? Is there street parking/parking lot? Last time we drove my sad minivan onto the sand we got stuck (hilarious for the first 20 minutes, then just frustrating..and now hilarious again). Is there an entrance fee? Can we bring our dogs? Will Saturday be really crowded?
Someone will post what awful beaches Galveston has, but don't waste your time
. We are from Chicago and our friends are from Michigan and we're both used to gross lake swimming, so this sand/water is great for all of our kids.
