You guys do realize that de-criminalization of non-violent drug offenses is the most effective way to substantially reduce the prison population?

Maybe instead of salivating over the opportunity to execute a mentally retarded person, we could re-examine our insane drug laws to stop our prisons from overflowing with non-violent offenders who are going to get out with a world class education in organized crime.
