'Farm to market' store, cafe coming downtown - Houston Chronicle

Will this one make it? Byrd's just didn't seem to hit the mark. I hope these guys have better luck.

There's a location at I-10 and Kirkwood. The lunch/brunch buffet there is excellent, if not a bit pricey. Produce prices are pretty good compared to Whole Foods. Glad to have one closer though.

Airline near 24th. There are a dozen or so of them, including a couple of large retail places supplied with fresh stuff.

I think it is a bad location - if they wanted one downtown, they should have looked on the end of town closest to pearce elevated and Midtown since there are more residences on that end.
