Has anyone ever order a pair of shoes and received the wrong shoes in the right box before?

Call the vendor and ask for a shipping label. Then call your credit card company.

Shoes are something I purchase in person. Although I'd like to get them online. Just like to make sure the fit is right. I'd contact the vendor and my cc company to put a hold on the charge. Mail the shoes back in the same packaging they came in.

I love online shopping but shoes are something I have to try on before purchasing. A lot of the stores online will let you return at their actual store as long as you have the shipping receipt and it has not been worn.
