Looking for a store in the area that sells African wall decor art.
Online searches don't seem to bring up much.

Are you looking for genuine tribal artifacts and ceremonial items or African-inspired decorative pieces made for export?

African-inspired decorative pieces made for export seems to be what we're looking for.

You might want to check out the Gite Gallery on Alabama. Of course, the Museum of Fine Arts and The Menil Collection have fabulous collections on view to whet your appetite for the rare and unusual.

If you don't mind shopping online, Goodwill Industries has an auction site featuring choice items from their stores all over the U.S. The assortment changes daily and some interesting masks, sculpture, etc., show up frequently.

African imports in Greenspoint mall.
Also it's a spot on Almeda right by Reggae Hut that could have you covered and you can always talk to the owner of the store, he's friendly and can hip you to some more places that will have what your looking for. The store beside Reggae Hut, I can't remember the name though.
Also Khepera Books and Afrikan Art- 4822 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd has some good stuff.
