Looking at a home with a jacuzzi tub that does not work. There is also no access to the motor. Who would we call to work on this? We called a plumber to get a ballpark estimate in the cost of just replacing it. Most plumbers I called said they don't work on jacuzzis. So who would do this?

Try Spa Inspectors.

I've never used them for repair, but I have bought hot tub parts from them.

Default Call Jacuzzi

Call the Jacuzzi company, they will give you a list of authorized service companies. I have a Jacuzzi tub and I had a jet that was leaking. I called Jacuzzi and they game me a list of authorized repair companies, but I told them I did not want to pay those high prices, and also told them I am capable of doing repairs myself. They agreed to sell/send me the parts. Not only that, they also loaned me the specialized tools to do the work as you cannot do it with out them, you just have to agree to send the tools back. They also sent me extra parts just in case.
