I am thinking about buying a home in sedona lakes.

For the 70ft lots the options are either coventry (380s) or trend maker (440s).

Got an offer of 34K off the list price from coventry which puts us at about $116 per sq ft.

What does everyone think? Let me know I need to post more details to determine if the deal is ok.

there is a reason why some builder charges more than the other. on a house that we are building with trend maker in aliana, their list of standard features will be considered as an expensive upgrade for other builder/s. just something to ponder.
