1) How much do they negotiate on prices? This depends on many factors. They are upgrades, how long the home has been on the market, comps that have sold within the last couple of months etc. This all depends on the builder and their experience and time within the industry. My clients purchased a home to be built with Westin and are very happy with their home and warranty claims. That I personally can't not answer. I would hire an inspector to inspect the home. They will only be able to see anything that is visible.
