(1) Do you remember if it was quiet enough for you or not, it being closer to Beltway 8?

(2) The monthly HOA fee, as shown in the listing, is $281 per month now. Do you remember what yours included, such as water, sewer, garbage, etc.? I am just curious. I know it might have been a while since you moved out of there. If you remember, it would be great.
Usually with townhomes it includes water, trash, and maintenance of the building exteriors and common areas. My grandparents live in a simillar style complex off of Voss and theirs even includes basic cable, not sure if these do or not.

Sometimes you can find some nice places in 77057, Bering and Augusta. But I don't know your tie to the west side location. I love that area. Great walks in Tanglewood. Lived there in my early twenties.
Ps..I am a female that logs about 5-7 miles a day, so I always think about walking/running/biking areas. Terry Hershey is my favorite, but Tanglewood is a lot of fun to jog through.

There's a big sound wall along the Beltway and that seemed to keep a lot of the noise out. I don't remember hearing much traffic but I lived in the back (further from the Beltway).

Yes, I believe the HOA fee included water, landscaping (common area and your front yard), exterior work (re-painting, re-roofing, fence) garbage, the amenities (pool, tennis) and I don't recall what else.

Thank you, EasilyAmused and AK123. I will keep all these areas and parks in mind.

I have never owned a condo. With the condo HOA, does a condo owner have to buy additional insurance for the property, such as insuring against floods and earthquakes, etc.? I know one should always insure against the loss of the things inside and the insurance should cover replacement costs.

+1. Bering dr, Augusta dr have some nice condos and apartments lined up. There s tanglewood park and a couple of emergency care centres and a fire station nearby.

There might be some on the fountain view drive , Burgoyne but I guess they are little cheaper .
