Hi Friends,

I recently moved to Houston from India and have got some good deals for renting an apartment in "Milan Apartments, 13100 West Bellfort, TX, 77099". Meanwhile, have also read some bad reviews about this apartment online. Appreciate if you can share yoru feedback if you have recently stayed in this place or still a resident.

I am mainly considering this place because my son will be going to school this year and this Zone has a good school - "Meadows Elementry School".

Appreciate any info!

Thanks!
Kumar

Unfortunately I am not familiar enough with sugar land to make referrals. Perhaps some of the sugar land resident crowd can chime in to help?

Search this forum under sugar land and see what comes up. In terms of houses and neighborhoods and schools. There will be apartments in some of the recommended areas.

There are two complexes a little farther southwest, on West Airport near 6. Search "The Reserve at Woodbridge" and "The Enclave at Woodbridge". I looked at the Enclave several years ago, and it looked nice. They should be zoned to Rita Drabek Elementary, which I believe is one of the better schools in "north Sugar Land".

Either of these complexes are walking distance to school and grocery. I work near there, and it is a very diverse area culturally. I believe the elementary is majority Asian, with many countries represented.
