Hello guys-

Planning to buy a new home this summer/fall. Can not decide between North Katy (north of I-10, west of 99)
or Brookshire . Both are Katy ISD and price are almost the same. I saw south Katy is little expensive (which I can't afford) than both of the places- Brookshire and North Katy,

Anyone out here purchased home recently on these area? Any suggesstions? Appreciate your feedback.

Are you also looking for new construction or used home or both?

I would double check to make sure whatever part of Brookshire you're looking at is in fact in Katy ISD. Royal ISD is on the verge of losing their charter.
