Hey everyone,

I have been actively looking for listings on HAR.com. I may be interested in this one property listed in Northwest Houston - Champions Crossing.

My question is, whether this area is good to live in?
-How is the school district?
-Is there a park & ride close by commuting to Downtown?
-The house was built in 2000 - do homes in that area appreciate in equity?

Thanks,
Nailzz~

Champions Crossing attends Klein Forest High School....thought to be bottom of the barrel for the Klein district. Resale will be slow because of this...best to look further north if your interested in that general area.

Go a little more North into the Champions/Champion Forest area. Perhaps Champions Park or something as well. Maybe Memorial Northwest or Spring Creek Oak/Forest. Stay North of 1960 and make sure to be in Klein or Cy Fair, but NOT in a neighborhood that feeds Klein Forest. You want Klein, Klein Collins or Klein Oak.

If I were going to work in the Katy, Tx area right off I-10, would the Champions area be a big commute ?? I love mature trees in neighborhoods but everyone is pushing me to Cinco Ranch because of locaton ?? Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

Is this neighborhood bad or is it just the bad school for this area?
