look into Lexingtonwoods, north lexington woods, and Timberlane gets a bit rougher... you want to be north of and a bit further away from 1960..

you can get house for a great price and even near new for 120,000 in spring.. A real fixer upper will be around 95,000

this is lexington woods.. my friends lived here and this is what had me love Spring they have two community pools.. all the MAture trees.. it backs up to a nature preserve.. the Schools are established .. Anyways.. And Hardy Toll road exits pretty much across the street from this neighbor hood and you would get a really nice home for your pricepoint that you are looking for...
