I have no problem with the Spanish language, But also don't understand one word of it. But I am stuck with paying for several of them with Comcast. I spoke to them, and they let me know right quick, that I had no choice in the matter. Even though I was trying to reduce my expensive monthly rate, Spanish Speaking Channels were not on the table. Cartoon channel, gone. Others, gone, but no touching the Spanish channels. I am probably the only one that objects to paying for Programs I can't watch, but I don't like it.

I don't understand what they're saying on those channels as well, all I know are that the women are HOT.

True, and the channels have the loudest volume of all the rest. But I just don't want them.

Be thankful you don't understand. Sometimes I get caught up in these damned novelas my wife watches.

Drop cable if it bothers you that much.

I'd pay comcast extra $$$ each month if they'd give customers the option to permanently delete channels we don't want to see!!!!

Several of the spanish channels are over the air local channels and comcast is required by law to carry them just like the other local channels. Just an explanation, I'd rather have the cartoon channel back as well.

The fact that they would lower my rate some to drop some channels, but none of the Spanish channels could be dropped, just seemed wrong to me. Like drop the better channels, and keep the ones you don't watch anyhow, and we'll drop the rate. Quota of Spanish Channels maybe??

Are those channels over the air (e.g. Telemundo, Univision)? Then they come with the basic package. Just like KHOU or the other local network channels.

I don't watch most of the channels on cable either, but I never found fit to create a topic on city-data about it for some reason.

I think it's a very legitimate question.
