I am wondering what everyone thinks about the Greenbriar Woods development. I don't know anything about it and any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I like Greenbriar Woods...I think. I"ve driven up and around in there since before it was developed. Now that the roads are "in" so to speak, I've taken a few drives up there. The homes were going to be much larger than they currently have planned. Now, they are building in a more sought after range...below $300,000 for the most part. I know a few will be higher, but that is their focus overall.
There are a few good basement lots in the first phase and should be in the next phase as well. Joe Murphy typically develops a beautiful subdivision...he is also planning on building there, last I heard.
I think it will be nice...I can't picture the pool area in my head yet. I know where it is supposed to be, but can't picture it for some reason.
Be careful in choosing your builder. I know they are selling lots to individuals...do your homework
