Traveller offers Wi-Fi at parks, broadband at City Hall, agencies
MADISON - Wi-Fi is coming soon to Dublin and Palmer parks.
And City Council meetings will be broadcast online and on the city's TV Channel 42 -- all within six months.

It will happen through an agreement the City Council approved Monday night with local wireless Internet provider Traveller.

Cool.
I didn't know Traveller was still around.
Does that mean you'd be able to drop your ISP and use the city's? Would everybody in the city then be able to see your e-mails and favorite Web sites?

With Huntsville wanting to stay ahead of the game as a high tech city you would thing they would be pushing for more Wi-Fi.

Hopefully it will be. I'm not sure about Big Spring Park, as I haven't used theirs yet.
