Looking at property in the area, and had some questions.

- Is Rt. 20 very noisy, if you are in a subdivision right next to it? There are a few properties close to Rt 20, and wonder what noise levels will be like.

- When and where are the big snow mobiling events, and how does the snowmobiling trail system work in the winter?

Thanks for any info!

From my research, I'm hearing that there is a 1 time charge to hook into the sewer, of like $6500, and a typical well costs $5-10k? The well price seems outrageous, since there seems to be standing water on some of the lots I am looking at.

I travel route 20 a lot since it takes me to West Yellowstone and then though the park to Cody and it is a major route that is very busy in the summer; especially after about 8AM after all the tourist wake up, leave the hotels and RV parks and start the scramble to Yellowstone.
A lot of truck traffic, being a direct route from I-15 to the cities along route 20.
So it will be noisy.
As for the area, Island Park is a nice area, never lived there, but it looks nice.
