You can't make this stuff up. Give instate tuition to illegals while cutting schoalrships for top American students. The costs of the two programs are roughly the same.
Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, bucking a trend in other states, signed off on legislation Tuesday that extends in-state tuition breaks to illegal immigrants at the state’s colleges and universities.
O’Malley’s signature sets up a showdown with opponents who have already started gathering signatures for a petition to try to repeal the law, which is slated to take effect this summer.
The cuts will take away the annual scholarships from 350 seniors who plan to attend a Maryland college or university. Students already attending Maryland institutions and receiving the annual scholarship will not be affected. The state savings for 2012 will be about $1 million.
Graduating seniors learned of the scholarship awards, aimed at academics and fine arts, in the fall, and most had to decide where they would attend college by the end of April.

Truly this is just freaking disgusting! is there no shame in this. Why don't we house illegals, buy them cars, and everything else they see to be able to get, this President had a agenda allright, and it is starting to show big time, i am not happy with him at all.
