Activists prepare for the worst in lawsuit to block immigration actions | MSNBC

This is very interesting that this judge might actually rule against Obama's illegal amnesty plan. That's quite a lot in and of itself. I will really enjoy this.

I hope that dream turns real, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens.

From reading the article, it appears say to say that the judge will rule against Obama's illegal amnesty. Even better, if the DOJ appeals it, the 5th circuit court will hear the appeal---and they are known for being conservatives.

I love how Marshall Fitz was whining about "judge shopping". Yet the traitorous group, the ACLU, did the very same thing when they wanted GW Bush stopped from sending out 8 million no-match SSN letters.

Finally a light at the end of the tunnel. "Undocumented immigrants"? Um no activists, they are illegal aliens. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.

The big business lobby is too powerful to actually let the expected ruling by this one judge to approved. They will see that his decision will be overturned in the appeal courts.

If the judge votes against Obama a higher court will allow the government to proceed with the amnesty while the higher courts eventually overturn the judges decision.

Something definitely needs to be done and this is a promising start.

Worst case scenario is that we will be able to tie this up in the courts and possibly cut funding to this treasonous act by Obama until the traitor is out of office and a Republican president can correct this.

Game on !!!!

Just remember the US had shut down most legal immigration back in the day and, WILL come down HARD on illegal aliens real soon. Things go in cycles.

No way anyone involved has standing. The outcome is inevitable...gets thrown out of court. And I would think a district court judge risks censure by ruling on the matter.

What is it you guys want? The Federal Courts to direct the Congress to fund another 100 billion a year to deport the illegals? You don't understand why that is a bad idea?

Just stop it, please.

Illegal aliens STILL haven't gotten their "amnesty" from Obama and, he's been POTUS for 6 years now. DACA is a "limbo" for their kind and CAN be stopped.

Live I've said before: let cops arrest ANY illegal alien If there's probable cause. Some will be let go but; MOST illegals WILL start leaving the US since especially the Hispanic ones are scared of the cops.

Cut off birthright. Make WIC and so on English ONLY.

Same old BS. But what is it you want the court to do? Not what makes you unhappy. You really want the court to direct the Congress to provide a 100 billion or more to deport the available illegals?

And no you can't change the Constitution because you blew on a flower. You need Congress and then a large percentage of the states. You have neither.

Don't you ever tire of beating the dead horse? Does not the stuff splattering on you cause discouragement?
