They are criminals. They broke the law to enter this country illegally, a crime. Not at Liberal University, but in point of fact. All who enter this country without proper papers are not here legally hence criminals.

We don't need to add illegal aliens to the number of our own home grown criminals in this country. They shouldn't even be here much less working here whether or not they pay some taxes. Any taxes they pay don't even begin to cover their social costs.
They shouldn't receive any social benefits... We as a nation, should not support illegal immigrants.

Someone is grasping at straws here. Being deported and coming back again is a felony which is a criminal offense and many of them are guilty of doing that. It would be a good start if we could get the current Admistration to at least deport the ones that commit felonies. But, as we know many are just let loose on the street

He is splitting hairs. Whether or not it is a civil or criminal crime, it is still a crime. And you are quite correct, when an illegal is caught, it is a deportable offense.

Perhaps you should use other reference books than the Obama Semantics Guide. Breaking the law by coming here without proper documentation is illegal. That is called breaking the law. Breaking the law is a criminal act. Noting this, it makes them criminal, regardless of what your Dear Leader tells you. It matters not a bit is the breaking of the law is civil or criminal. It is still breaking the law which makes it a criminal matter.
