The illegal immigration virus certainly doesn't help New Orleans cause. Now you add strained healthcare to horrid schools, skyrocketing crime, a government who considers you irrevlant, and half the city hasn't even been bulldozed yet. My my my.
why do they get pregnant if they know that they can't afford it?
It does not matter to them whether or not they can afford it. They are not going to pay for anything anyhow- you are! If these two chiselers cannot afford to pay for the delivery they probably are not going to be able to pay for all the other expenses that go along with raising a child either. And they won't have to. The unfortunate US taxpayer will be left to pick up the tab.
