A 46-year-old man from Mexico who raped a Kansas child faces new charges.
U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister says Simon Rochel-Cervantes was located in Sedgwick County on March 5 and is charged with unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported. McAllister did not state when the alleged crime occurred.
Rochel-Cervantes was sentenced in 2006 for rape of a child under the age of 14 and aggravated intimidation of a witness. Kansas Department of Corrections records show he was paroled to a federal detainer on the day he was taken into custody.

SEDGWICK COUNTY, KS (The Salina Post) – A man convicted in the rape of a child under the age 14 and deported in February is back in a Kansas jail.
According to the Kansas Department of Corrections, Simon Rochel-Cervantes, 46, a citizen of Mexico, spent 7-years in the Ellsworth Correctional Facility for the rape and aggravated intimidation of a witness.
He was released and deported on February 19. On March 5, he was found in Sedgwick County, according to a media release from the United State Attorney.
So this guy is convicted of child rape and spends 7 years in a US jail, he's then deported and he's found back in the US illegally 9 DAYS later. If you deny that we have an immigration crisis in this nation you're delusional.
There are so many issues with this case with number one being that a child was raped by a scumbag that should have never been in the country in the first place then how much tax payer money was wasted in catching, prosecuting, trying and throwing him in prison for 7 years?
We have laws to protect kids from sexual predators and when they are released from prison they are not allowed to live or work near kids/schools/playgrounds etc... and they have to report in with the local Police. Most former predators obey the rules because they know there are consequences if they don't.
What consequences are there for an illegal alien? This guy got caught served time and was then deported only to turn up again 9 days later. What if he went somewhere else in the country to rape kids again?
The point is that illegal aliens are above or should I say below the Law that binds the rest of us.

Perhaps if Trump did nt offer to spend Mexicos money , the Country would be willing to work with us and imprison these people further when the are deported...for behaving so barbarically in their neighbors garden.
