Our Central Valley communities are traumatized. County sheriffs are working to advance an anti-immigrant agenda, undermining the spirit of pro-immigrant state laws like the Values Act, or “sanctuary law,” by funneling people to federal immigration agents through shadow transfer systems.

Legislators must pass a proposed law – Assembly Bill 937, the VISION Act – that would clearly prohibit law enforcement in California from transferring people to ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and protect the most vulnerable immigrant communities in our state from sheriffs’ horrendous abuse of power.

I nearly puked all over my computer reading this lying, pro-illegal, anti-American tripe! First off, illegal aliens aren't plain ole immigrants so how is it anti-immigrant to want to deport illegal aliens?

So we need laws prohibiting the enforcement of our laws? Vulnerable "immigrant" communities? How are legal immigrants vulnerable? Illegal aliens should be though and why should they be protected? They are here in violation of our immigration laws! It's a horrendous abuse of power to enforce our immigration laws?

Note, the surnames involved in this anti-American nonsense? Ethnocentric and anti-American to the core! These people make me sick!

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic, and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State." (Joseph Goebbels)

This is California, so will probably happen. Just let California secede already. It wont hurt economy. We simply make our our smartphone apps, and movies. We have plenty of fertile land outside California that does not need all that water imported. Heck, this can help the economy. It will open up markets that have currently been dominated by firms in California. Places that dont have these companies, will have new ones opening up shop now. Plus all the middle class native citizens that pay taxes are leaving the state anyways.

It is racist. However, it's one of several types of racism that are acceptable to many people nowadays.

If CA does pass that law it would be interesting to see the end results if congress passed a law denying fed funds for states that refuse to follow federal law.

BTW CA would still use their allotment of water from the Colorado River.

You're right. What if I as a white person were advocating for open borders for white people and for those here illegally to have amnesty? I'm not a tribal person. I'm a patriot. I'm also for the rule of law.
