An 82-year-old Sicilian immigrant - deported after serving nearly two decades in prison on heroin trafficking charges - got another jail term Friday for sneaking back into the U.S.
Filippo Casamento will serve 10 months in jail and 14 months of home confinement - and then be deported again.
