If the solution for illegal alien crime is to grant amnesty; what is the solution for criminality among U.S. citizens? After all, they are legal residents; yet they continue to break the law.

Quote:
North Charleston, SC - They were once considered mainly the target of crimes but are undocumented immigrants becoming more and more the perpetrator of crimes?

"The longer we have seen them they have now begun to commit crimes to a great extent than initially," said Sheriff Al Cannon.

The Charleston County Sheriff is not alone in what he says is a growing criminal trend. Diana Salazar, who heads up the South Carolina Latino Coalition is seeing the same thing.

"They do get lower skilled jobs than you or I and that is a factor when it comes to stress and depression,”
she said.

"They are struggling like you or I would to pay rent and again I think a lot turn to drugs and alcohol to deal with the stress," Salazar said.

"I think it would be very valuable to do some type of amnesty or work program," Salazar said.

They can live in Mexico for 500 a month, by by stress and depression

Let's see here, an Illegal steals a car or takes a job from an American, that doesn't give the LEGAL resident stress or depression? I'm sure shoplifting gives the store owner some angst. What do people do when they can't afford food, starve? No, they steal it or become beggars.

As far as them ever being targets of crime, they were targets of other illegals was all.

Americans would look at an illegal and think they were broke and poor, only illegals knew that other illegals were likely carrying around several thousand in cash or tried to hide it in their apartment. Most Americans never realized that. Illegals carry around their cash because they don't trust the other 14 men they live with and have no good hiding place, and they don't trust banks especially when they only have a stolen social security number to use.
