Not only has President Bush turned a blind eye to the gigantic national security risks posed by unfettered illegal immigration, he has become the most outspoken expeditor of illegal immigration.

For example, just recently, President Bush gave a directive to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals demanding that a convicted Mexican rapist and murderer on death row be given another hearing. In what is obviously an attempt to grovel before and appease the Mexican government, Bush used an International Court of Justice ruling to justify this presidential intrusion into the State of Texas's judicial affairs.

I think the Dixie Chicks were spot on, I am ashamed that Bush is from Texas (although not for the same reason). It almost seems as though Bush is acting as a lobbist for Mexico...

I think it's the Democrats that want to make illegal immigrants legal? Amnesty is a word I've been hearing a lot coming out of Democrat's mouthes?

Thumbs down Bush is a sellout on the border and security and I am disappointed!

Bush is a sellout on the illegal immigration issue. It is sad, but true. I supported Bush but he is screwing up SO much with domestic issues (like illegal immigration and securing the border with the National Guard). For exmaple, the Bushy National Guard plan says that the National Guard CANNOT engage and stop drug dealers and illegal aliens. The plan also says the Guard cannot be armed!

MANY specialitists in border security have said that if the Guard was armed with military vehicles on the border, 10,000 strong, the Mexican drug cartels and illegal alien smugglers would not even DARE to cross.

So really, Bush's sellout on illegal immigration to corporate interests is also letting millions in drugs and illegal guns come into our country and communities.

No wonder Bush has been awareded a place in Mexican currency:

I say elect the Dixie Chicks to political office and send Bush packing. This man should not be allowed to finish his term in office. In fact he seems incapable of holding a job in a fast food restaurant, or even delivering newspapers. INCOMPETENT.

Bush might think the Mexican illegals would vote Republican years down the road.

But boy, is he mistaken. WHEN do illiterate, poor people who LOVE GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS AND FREEBIES EVER VOTE REPUBLICAN??

They vote Democrat because they know Democrats love the welfare system. That is how Democrats have voters. Plus they want Democrats in power so the US border will be wide open and more drugs and more illegal aliens will enter the USA and eventually, La Reconquista will take place.

too bad we aren't clear on what the mission is. Is it a North American Union with no borders to Mexico and Canada?
NAFTA and free trade? Supporting rich elites by supplying the US with cheap illegal labor from Mexico?
Whatever his motives... it's clear they are not about helping US citizens... our rights and what we want are being
flushed down the toilet.

Yes -- that's what it's all about. The cheapest possible labor brought in to satisfy the greedy corporations that must do business here (insourcing cheap labor) and the export of our jobs to satisfy the corporations again (outsourcing) and also the establishment of the corporations throughout Mexico -- Walmart for example.

NAFTA is just part of a bigger plan. In Mexico they're working on the Plan Puebla Panama which amounts to selling Mexico to the international developers -- but they have to get rid of the people first.

Wow, we're not the only ones being sold out. What happened to government
.... made up by the people for the people. Now we have figure heads representing big business and pretending (not well) to represent the common
people. It's like the Government has grown into a monster who's interests
far outweigh the people's ... our government has turned into Godzilla.
I'm seriously thinking of voting independant for the first time in my life
if we have no honorable candidates.
