The hardworking undocumented migrant farm worker of yester year doesn’t exist in the same manner as a generation ago. The “migrant” farm worker makes up less than 20% of the illegal aliens we have of the 12 million that are here illegally. The new illegal aliens are breaking our social service “safety net”. Those social services were intended for temporary and emergency needs not generational socialist living. The very presence of the “anchor” babies was a planned effort to give chain immigration status to the parents and grandparents, and nieces and nephews and cousins. It is designed to give precedent to their claim, “We are all family, and I have a right to be an American citizen because my nephew lives there.” This has been a foundational tactic in the immigration, open borders movement.
We have a right and a necessity to control our immigration and our border. Yes they are human beings, and as such have a reasonable responsibility to obey the laws of the country they have come to, uninvited, unlawfully, and undocumented. Poverty is no defense. The illegals are stealing more than a loaf of bread; they are hijacking the entire bakery. Using the 14th amendment to force their way through the back door is ludicrous and was not the intent of the framers of the amendment. The amendment was framed in that manner so the Southern Democrats could not deny the former slaves voting rights based on their birth in Africa and not being native. It was to automatically naturalize all the children that had been born to the slaves as well. It was intended to give people that were forced onto boats and brought here and sold like cattle and were considered less than human by law the right to vote. The 14th amendment was enacted because it was the right thing to do. Now non-slaves are using it as burglar’s tool to citizenship. What an insult to the struggle of the abolitionists and the history of our Americans of African descent.

The issue of documenting their employment since they have been here is the biggest obstacle to any true “comprehensive reform”. Republican and Democrat politicians alike all have constituents that are guilty of breaking the law. And none of them want to pay the fines owed to the American people for what they have done. This alone will enable the left to win the fight for Open Borders. The Free Market was abused by the very people that purported to be free market advocates. They got compromised by the sins of their hiring practices. That is what happens when you are married to your words; the mistress of your behavior rises up and wants a piece of the inheritance. How do you take care of both the wife and the mistress? Well whatever decision you make, it costs a lot of money and the kids are the ones that suffer. I say American business needs to repent of its socialist sins and return to the bride of its youth. Good, reliable, beautiful, fruitful, Free Market Capitalism.
