I have been reading the posts to see if my questions have been answered, and I haven't found them, so I am posting. My husband and I spent some time in Louisville looking for property. We loved the Prospect and Crestwood areas. We didn't really find much for sale though. We thought we might consider looking over the border in Indiana. We need to be w/in 45 minutes of the Louisville airport. We don't know anything about that area of Indiana. Could anyone here compare/contrast the two areas(Louisville/Prospect/Crestwood vs Floyds Knobs or similar). Anything at all would be most helpful. thank you in advance.

The number one difference that comes to mind is that you'll be able to buy a lot more house for your money in southern Indiana...Also, you may find you can get into Louisville much quicker from southern Indiana, than from the Prospect/Crestwood area, ( of course depending on what part of so. In. you're in).
