And I hate hate hate it! Why do they do this? These damn computer geeks keep "improving" things. I liked it the way it was.

Any simple way to change it back?

Why can't I switch back to Hotmail?

Why can't I switch back to Hotmail? - Outlook.com Help

Are you still running Windows 3.1 on a 386/33 with CGA graphics and a Hayes 1200 Baud dial-up modem too?

Granted I'm 67 and technology passed me by decades ago but still....

If you own a computer you have to expect upgrades, new features etc.

I'm sure they'll refund all the money you've paid for it since you aren't happy.

I like windows live mail. It's a program that one can download for free.

Download Windows Live Mail 2011 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Your Hotmail address and password, saved emails, contacts, calendars, and rules were automatically moved to your new Outlook.com inbox. You have the option to keep your @Hotmail address and/or get an @Outlook.com address.
So, what's the problem????

I just find it harder to use. I hate it when they change things. I have to divert attention from what I'm doing to learn something that doesn't make things better, for me, at all.

Tirade of the old, I guess.

Default More "Outlook" problems

Now, I'm getting a "sorry - something went wrong" idiot message when I try to get my e-mails.

Is g-mail better? My computer time is very limited and it cripples me for a whole darn day when I can't view my e-mail.

Never happened with the old un-"improved" Hotmail.
