FDA website postings are at what time of day?

If the FDA was to post an opinion on it's website, despite the advisory committee scheduled date not being until October 16th, at what time of day (today) would the posting be made, if at all?

The materials were posted shortly after your post. In my experience all updates occur during business hours but there is no set schedule. Briefing materials USUALLY appear by about 9 am but they didn't this time.

Yes, they were released after 1:30 and before 2pm, so no round numbers on the clock.
The real news comes the 16th between 8-5pm and then in December.
