I drove across the country last week and for the first time ever, I drove through Iowa--one end of the state to the other on the I-80.

I must say that I was really impressed! It was so beautiful! I especially enjoyed the drive from Omaha to Des Moines. The rolling hills were absolutely stunning.

Iowa doesn't get enough credit.

You have a beautiful state. Kudos!

Thanks! We want to keep it quiet. The north east and southern parts of the state away from I-80 are actually alot more scenic. Iowa has an inferiority complex in which many Iowans think that people from other areas find it undesireable.

A few months ago I had a car trip thru Iowa to Minnesota. Rolling green hills and beautiful. I am so happy that others are seeing how beautiful Iowa countryside is...we are so happy you appreciated it.
