Any have opinions on the Windsor Falls community off Butler? The builder website has potato quality photos and not much information. Wondering if anyone's been there and looked at this property.

I'm pretty sure that place is built-out. So, any sales happening in there are re-sales. (Seller-owned, bank-owned, etc). I have friends that live in there and have previously managed a rental in there. Seems decent enough.

I used to work in the area. I don't know about the property itself, but I would not live there - the traffic is awful trying to get out of the neighborhood and onto Philips or JTB. Plus you have the I95 construction literally in the backyard of the property. And a Social Security office at the entrance, which tended to draw some... interesting characters.

I did some research. It was built out years ago. Not sure why it's still on DR Horton's WWW site.
Some bonehead at the HOA signed an exclusive
ten year contract for a bundle of phone/Internet/cable. Yes, you get this as part of the HOA dues at Windsor Falls. Yes, the service is (apparently) crap. No, you can't switch away. The top speed, at extra cost, is 25Mb down and I think 5Mb up.
This reminds me to get an RE attorney to draw up an Internet access contingency clause that my agent can write into my offers. I'm glad I caught this because I was taking a hard look at these units.
