Does anyone know of any apartment complexes that are running any specials in the SouthSide or Mandarin area? I'm looking for something like free rent, or waived fees, or anything to make an apartment cheaper, basically. If anyone knows of any rent specials, please let me know. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm around the Westside (Argyle), so I'm looking to get far away, haha. I go to UNF and work on Southside, so I'd like to move over there. Thanks for the answer though.

When I drove by today, Princeton Square on Baymeadows had a banner advertising 3 months free.

princeton sq had 3 months free... I just put a deposit down in paradise island with 1.5 months free over the entire rent that brought the price down. Avistele at deerwood had some good deals too, they offered to paint the apartment or maid service once a month for a year! There is a lot of deals out there!
