32226 it is close to Dunn Creek Rd, the city stats are really good better then the others I've been looking at. So does anyone have any input to this zip?

Map of Jacksonville, FL by MapQuest

This zip is north of town, although not the bad part near downtown. There's really not much out there in this part of town. I would recommend that you consider looking at the ARC neighborhoods here in Jacksonville. Here's one of them...they are pretty nice, especially for your price range and what you are looking for. That's a rural part of Northside, near the airport. The OP would hear nothing but crickets.

That would be awesome. I've contacted the agent listing it. Fingers crossed.

Is Winn-Dixie a good grocery store or is there a better chain store around?

It really depends on the location. Winn-Dixie filed for bankruptcy a few years back, but has climbed their way out. Several of the their stores have been remodeled to bring them up to date and are quite comparable to other local grocers. I myself shop at Publix, but that is because it is the closest to me and has what I need.
