I'm about to relocate to Jacksonville and I'm 26. I was wondering what were the best apartment communities or areas in general for that matter for that age group. I don't party week nights like a college kid, but then I don't want to end up in a retirement village either. I know little kids will typically be at any community, but I'd prefer less of a family vibe where I live. Safeness is a factor. Any suggestions? (I'd specifically love something close to the beach).

Would love for rent to not be more than $750 per month.

Any help is appreciated!!

If I were in my 20's i would look downtown, Riverside or the beaches..............depends on what kind of scene you are looking for. Stay away from the northside, westside and southside...........
