Long story short , I joined a new company and already know its just not for me. Ive been there 3 weeks and so I don't know exactly how to go about interviews.
Will other employers be open to Skype , after hours? or will I most likely have to take days off.
If you're offered an interview, only the prospective employer can answer that question. Just ask. f they're really interested in you they'll accommodate you with a Skype interview or an in-person either before or after normal business hours.
I just went through this whole process--early mornings and late evenings worked. I never want to have to find another job after the applying, interviewing, getting references together, never!
Try and schedule before or after work. Have a doctors appointment. Same as usual. You'll figure it out. It's amazing so quickly you know it isn't the right job. Good luck on your new search.

If the employers are not willing to interview after hours I am afraid it's nothing else you can do since it's only been 3 weeks. Same thing happened to me when started my current job and I had to tell them...."I am no longer available"
Depends on the person, my boss let me come in on a Saturday for the first interview which is rare. The second interview I had to take off as I was meeting other team members. But it saved me from taking 2 days off. Doesn't hurt to ask.

But it means that you have to get that JOB because if they chose someone else and then you apply to another company then what? Take another day off?
That's why I believe unemployed people have the advantage when it comes to going on interviews because of the open schedule

Last year I was looking to move out of state so I took 2 days off, stayed in a hotel and lined up 7 interviews back to back. This is the only way to do it and not look like you are interviewing. It may be hard to do but if you send your resumes out at the same time frame it is doable, so OP definitely try that. But since I went out of state it just appeared as if I was going on a short vacation.

I believe the only way to get another job while already having one is through a strong connection which in many cases doesn't involve applying
