I guess the big question is: is that zipper functional? If so, that top is ripe for a wardrobe malfunction! Imagine if it gets caught on something and unzips? Or if it just unzips slowly and stealthily because of your body movements? Too dangerous...
OTOH, if the zipper is stitched firmly in place (and it doesn't reveal any cleavage), it may be okay. But I would still wear it with a short-sleeve cardi or something to cover my shoulders.
Honestly? ...I don't like either of them. The zippered neckline is too suggestive, and the other is too frumpy, and the collar really clashes with the cuffs of the blazer. Neither shape goes with the jacket. If I had to choose, I'd go with the second one, for an interview.
Rule of thumb though: plain and simple is best. And professional- even for a casual company, you want to dress to impress, not like you already work there. The blazer is cute and the color is fun yet still subdued. Do you have a simple, modest scoop neck black tee or top you could wear under it?

I don't have any scoop neck plain black top.
But how about this one? It's a straight neckline with some white lace.
And it wont bee see through, I will wear a black tank top under.
