Idk, kind of frustrated about that situation. At this point is it safe to say my job with that company is a dead end one?

I'm actually still technically being considered (or at least haven't been told I was rejected) for the last time I applied to the job. I did an interview with the team leader (a different one than when I applied before). It was super short and I don't think it went well.

Oh well, I probably wouldn't take it now if I got it anyway. The other company I work for may be bumping me up to full-time and two full-time jobs is enough for me. Plus, that promotion seems like it would be a lot more work for not a lot more pay. I'd be willing to swallow that if I thought I had a future in the company, but it doesn't appear that way.
